While the Birchwood Library may be closed for the summer, that doesn’t mean we stop reading!

During the summer, you’re invited to take part in the public library’s Summer Reading Program. If you bring your completed card to Birchwood in September, we’ll celebrate your accomplishment! If you’ve lost your card, or need another, you can download one here.

How to Check Out Books and Resources during the Summer

As part of the Bellingham School District’s partnership with the Bellingham Public Library, every student has a library card that can be used to check out up to two physical items (books, cds, dvds, etc) from any BPL location and up to five digital ebooks or eaudiobooks from the Washington Anytime Library (aka Libby). Prior to summer break, your teacher will have given you a card with your login information.
